Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. This role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and a favorable work-life balance.

Responsibilities include providing outpatient urology care, performing histories and exams, interpreting tests, developing treatment plans, and participating in first-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience in urology.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
