Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers an independent patient panel, collaboration with supervising physicians, and a strong work-life balance within a 144-bed community hospital.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of NP/PA urology experience, Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain), and required certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience in urology
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable
• Patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
