Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice.

The role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and a balanced work‑life rhythm. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Nursing or PA credential, board certification, and at least 2 years of urology experience; Vermont licensure or ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA credential required.
• Current Vermont licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in urology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
