Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice. The role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work-life balance.

You will perform outpatient urology care, conduct histories, manage conditions, order tests, and develop treatment plans with supervising physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology required.
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable).
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
