UROPARTNERS LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant in Park Ridge, IL. The role supports urological services, performing administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff to schedule appointments, take patient vitals, and assist with exams.

The position emphasizes patient education, accurate documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and office procedures. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and/or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of EMR and Practice Management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative and clinical duties under supervision.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with physicians and staff.
• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations.
• Record vital signs and patient history accurately.
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures.
• Support in phlebotomy and basic lab tasks.
• Prepare for the next day’s patient appointments and maintain logs.
