Job summary

UROPARTNERS LLC in Wheaton, IL seeks a Medical Assistant to support urological services on-site at our Wheaton location, with occasional travel to a sister site in Geneva, IL. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with starting pay $20.00–$23.00 per hour and no nights or weekends at this time.

You will perform administrative and clinical duties, coordinate patient flow, assist physicians, collect specimens, phlebotomy, EKGs, and help ensure accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• 6 months experience working in a physician's office preferred; urology experience desired.
• Certification or Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, prepare them for exams, and coordinate scheduling.
• Measure vitals, record patient history, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist physicians with exams, phlebotomy, EKGs, and basic lab tests.
• Prepare and administer medications with physician authorization; assist with procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain clean, organized back-office flow.
