Qualifications

• Performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Coordinates and schedules patient appointments with physicians and staff.
• Grec and prepare patients for examinations; records vitals and history.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and collection of lab specimens.
• Mixes EKGs with physician procedures and assists with X-ray.
• Assists with medication administration with physician authorization.
• Maintains patient logs and prescription ledger.
• Opens in the morning and closes in the afternoon; ensures back office flow.
