Job summary

Syneos Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, engaging physicians, APPs, and staff to support patient identification and appropriate product utilization within approved indications.

In this field-based role you will achieve sales targets, develop territory plans, educate customers on eligibility and treatment choices, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compliant, high-quality patient

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech field.
• 2+ years of large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility and clinical rationale for the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption across accounts.
• Plan and organize activities to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop product and account knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and strategies.
• Manage the territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
