Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in Raleigh, NC.

You will engage with urologists, APPs, administrators, and staff to support patient identification, treatment decisions, and workflow optimization, while meeting or exceeding territory sales objectives. The role requires presenting scientifically sound information, leveraging resources, and collaborating across a matrixed sales organization to ensure

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends and customer insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and strategies.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance to senior leadership.
