Qualifikationen

• 1 year EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and accept direction.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the office daily.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments.
• Collect co-pays and balance daily finances.
• Assist patients with forms and documentation.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR system.
• Support physician schedules and daily operations.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
• Assist with quality assurance surveys and screenings.
