Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in the United States. You will engage urologists, APPs, practice administrators, and staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and workflow within approved indications.

The role requires delivering scientific presentations, collaborating across a matrixed sales organization, and meeting/exceeding sales objectives by executing

Formación

• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech fields.
• Urology sales experience strongly preferred.
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and address them with strategic actions.
• Plan activities to optimize call coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed on market trends.
