Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in the assigned territory. You will engage urologists, APPs, and practice administrators to align with approved indications and patient pathways.

The role requires delivering clinical brand information, executing a territory business plan, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets while complying with industry and company

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years demonstrated large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and prioritize high-value customers and growth opportunities.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge, staying informed about local and regional market trends.
