Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative in the New Haven area to drive product adoption across urology accounts. You will engage physicians, APPs, and clinic staff to support patient identification and appropriate product utilization within approved indications, while meeting or exceeding sales targets through an integrated territory business plan.

You will travel up to 50% and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize access, formulary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of proven pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 2+ years large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the territory by developing and executing an integrated plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into prescribing and utilization in targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment options, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers to product adoption in the field.
• Plan activities to optimize coverage and call frequency with key customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive performance.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
