Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Sales Associate for the Urology – Endourology segment in the Denver South region. This field-based role supports regional accounts under guidance from the Region Sales Manager, driving market share through service, clinical support, and education.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers to train teams, present solutions, and improve customer experience while achieving sales objectives in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen key account relationships through regular visits, demos, and trainings.
• Engage with physicians, nurses and admin staff across hospitals.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to assess sales trends.
• Drive utilization of targeted technologies across assigned accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive account-level plans aligned with Urology goals.
• Leverage Salesforce/Tableau to optimize performance.
• Travel 40–50% and participate in trade shows or meetings.
