Job summary

United Medical Systems is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (Field) to grow our urology portfolio across assigned territories including Boston, Providence, and surrounding markets. You will prospect, visit offices, hospitals, and surgery centers, and drive opportunities from lead to close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of medical sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to build relationships, travel 60-80%, and update CRM data daily in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years professional sales experience required; medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Documented sales success.
• Self-starter, team player, leadership qualities, high coachability.
• Ability to determine and set priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate key account relationships through routine visits, product demos, education programs, in-services, and problem resolution.
• Update leads, sales activity, and account information in Salesforce daily.
• Collaborate with DBD/RVP to meet lead generation and close goals.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy with DBD/RVP.
• Identify opportunities and present UMS information to DBD/RVP to increase activity.
• Provide timely updates on prospecting activity to DBD/RVP.
• Maintain records of travel and meal expenses and submit promptly.
