Job summary

United Medical Systems is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Boston, MA, to grow the urology market. The role involves identifying opportunities, visiting offices and hospitals, and supporting the sales process from prospecting through close.

The ASR will build relationships with healthcare providers, travel within the territory, and partner with senior sales leaders to drive territory growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of sales success and persistence.
• Self-starter with strong communication and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate key account relationships through visits, demos, and programs.
• Update leads and activity in Salesforce daily.
• Collaborate with DBD/RVP to meet lead-to-close goals.
• Develop and implement a territory sales strategy.
• Identify opportunities and present UMS solutions.
• Document travel and meal expenses promptly.
