Job summary

Syneos Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure healthcare providers understand reimbursement steps for our products. You will focus on key urology accounts and providers, coordinating with the account team to align payer requirements with patient access.

The role requires at least 4 years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
