Job summary

Syneos Health in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing, coding and reimbursement pathways for our products. You will build relationships with urology clinics, ASCs and hospitals, navigate Medicaid/Medicare and commercial payer requirements, and collaborate with the account team to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with the account team to optimize patient outcomes and account success.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
• Communicate results and best practices cross-functionally within the region.
