Job summary

The role partners with PIs, staff, and sponsors to ensure timely, compliant research operations.

Responsibilities include supervising coordinators, managing participant recruitment, study visits, data capture, and audit readiness, with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of research methodology.
• Global regulatory requirements and guidelines (ICH-GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical research activities in Urology.
• Lead staff through study conduct from startup to close-out.
• Ensure regulatory, budget, and start-up procedures meet requirements.
• Coordinate with PIs, administration, and sponsors.
• Monitor and manage data collection and study compliance.
