Responsibilities

• Define project scope with leadership and set objectives and success measures.
• Plan resources and create comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Monitor schedules and progress; adjust as needed for on-time completion.
• Identify protocol issues and assist in resolution with investigators.
• Select and assign staff to project tasks; ensure appropriate orientation.
• Manage project staff per organizational policies and practices.
• Review work quality with the team to meet standards.
• Document all activities and maintain secure project files.
• Create communication plans to update stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.
• Assist in managing research budgets and CDA/contract statuses.
