Responsibilities

• Defines project scope with leadership and sets objectives and metrics.
• Plans resources and creates comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Monitors progress and adjusts schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Identifies protocol problems and assists in resolution with investigators.
• Selects staff to assist with projects in consultation with leadership.
• Assigns tasks to project team and ensures appropriate orientation.
• Manages project staff according to organizational policies.
• Reviews quality of work and maintains project documentation securely.
• Creates communication schedules and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Prepares status reports for leadership and manages budgets and contracts.
