Responsibilities

• Check-in patients accurately and professionally and collect co-pays.
• Register patients and verify insurance eligibility when needed.
• Schedule appointments and communicate wait times to patients.
• Coordinate specialty appointments and maintain scheduling templates.
• Provide clerical support like faxing, copying, and records preparation.
