Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in and co-pay administration using the computer system.
• Computerized appointment scheduling and workflow following Advanced Access principles.
• Register patients and verify insurance eligibility as needed.
• Facilitate timely internal communication within the clinic and answer calls.
• Perform general clerical duties (faxing, copying, filing, etc.).
