Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a physician leader to oversee urology services in both clinic and hospital settings.

You will lead clinical and administrative operations, guide a full spectrum of urologic procedures, and deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services within the clinic and hospital setting
• Perform a full spectrum of general urologic procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open cases
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services
• Collaborate with clinic administration on: Scope of services, Equipment planning (cystoscopy, robotics if applicable, imaging, etc.), Workflow optimization and clinic efficiency, Standardization of clinical protocols and care pathways
• Lead a multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care
• Identify and address clinical and operational issues affecting the medical staff
• Maintain strong referral relationships with community physicians and regional providers
• Support development and expansion of the urology service line
• Participate in strategic planning, including growth and outreach initiatives
• Contribute to financial and operational oversight, including: Resource utilization, Program performance, Efficiency improvements
• Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Assist in development, review, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
• Participate in committee and leadership activities within the organization
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements
