Job summary

Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA seeks a Board-Certified, da Vinci trained Physician Leader to develop a full-service Urology Center with support from Ballad Health Medical Associates. You will join a community with a strong residency presence, modern facilities, and EPIC EMR, offering a 4-day schedule combining clinic and surgeries.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a surgical specialty.
• Board-certified in urology or equivalent.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a community urology center with a team of urologists and admins.
• Lead clinical and surgical services with a 4-day work week (clinic + surgeries).
• Share call coverage 1:4 weekends with peers.
