Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA seeks a Board-Certified, da Vinci trained Urologist to join our community-centered Urology Center. You will collaborate with a strong medical team to develop this brand-new service line and mentor residents from affiliated programs.

Join a supportive team with a 4-day work week combining clinic and surgeries, EPIC EMR, and access to da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified urologist with da Vinci robotic training.
• Experience in adult urology and robotic surgery preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Craft YOUR practice with the support of collaborating Urologists and administrative leaders within the Ballad Health System.
• Build YOUR vision and establish a Center of Excellence with regional impact.
• Adult Urology Clinic responsibilities with 4-day work weeks including clinic and surgeries.
• Call coverage shared with other Urologists (1:4 weekends).
• Robotic-assisted surgery available in the operating room.
