The role includes an adult urology clinic, four-day work week combining clinic and surgeries, and call coverage shared with colleagues. A robust team and EPIC EMR support will facilitate a broad, regional impact.

Qualifications

• Board-certified urologist with da Vinci robotic training.
• Proven expertise in adult urology and robotic-assisted surgery.
• Ability to lead and develop a new community-centered urology program.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and surgical care for adult urology patients.
• Collaborate with Ballad Health system leaders to build a Center of Excellence.
• Participate in on-call coverage with a shared rotation.
