Top Echelon Software, LLC. in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital‑owned urology practice.

This role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work‑life balance. The position requires a Master’s degree in Nursing or an AMA‑approved PA program, Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain), and NCCPA or ANCC certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or AMA-approved PA program required.
• State licensure in Vermont or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first‑call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
