Job summary

NP Now, LLC seeks a Urologist for the Cleveland, OH area to join a growing multispecialty group. The role supports J1/H1B sponsorship as needed, competitive compensation, and a strong benefits package.

Join two other Urologists and one Urology PA to provide clinical care, diagnostics, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, and a broad range of urologic procedures with a 1:3 call ratio.

Qualifications

• Ohio State Medical License is required.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cystoscopies, urodynamic studies, transrectal ultrasound, and prostate biopsies.
• Prescribe medications for urinary conditions and manage BPH, incontinence, ED, and UTIs.
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries such as prostatectomies and nephrectomies.
• Perform endourology and lithotripsy for kidney stones.
• Perform vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, penile implants, and urethral repairs.
• Participate in a 1:3 call schedule.

Role Description:

• Urologist
• Cleveland, OH
• Join 2 other Urologists and 1 Urology PA
• 1:3 Call Ratio
• Diagnostic Procedures: Performing cystoscopies, urodynamic studies to evaluate bladder control, transrectal ultrasound, and prostate biopsies.
• Non-Surgical Medical Management: Prescribing medications for urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery: prostatectomies, partial or radical nephrectomies, and cystectomies.
• Endourology & Lithotripsy: Breaking up kidney stones using laser lithotripsy, shock waves (ESWL), or percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
• Reconstructive & Outpatient Surgery: Performing vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, penile implant surgeries, and urethral stricture repairs.

Requirements:

• Ohio State Medical License
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology
• Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
