NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Urologist for the Cleveland, OH area. Join a group with multiple urologists, support staff, and a strong surgical focus. The role includes diagnostic and surgical responsibilities in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or eligible in Urology, hold an Ohio license, and be open to visa sponsorship as needed. A competitive package with sign-on and relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Ohio State Medical License required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Open to J1 or H1B sponsorship as needed.

Responsabilités

• Join 2 other Urologists and 1 Urology PA.
• Perform diagnostic procedures: cystoscopies, urodynamic studies, TRUS, prostate biopsies.
• Prescribe non-surgical medical management for UI, overactive bladder, BPH, ED, and recurrent UTIs.
• Perform minimally invasive & robotic surgeries: prostatectomies, nephrectomies, cystectomies.
• Conduct endourology & lithotripsy: laser lithotripsy, ESWL, percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
• Perform reconstructive/outpatient surgeries: vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, penile implants, urethral repairs.

Role Description

• Urologist
• Cleveland, OH
• Join 2 other Urologists and 1 Urology PA
• 1:3 Call Ratio
• Diagnostic Procedures: Performing cystoscopies, urodynamic studies to evaluate bladder control, transrectal ultrasound, and prostate biopsies.
• Non-Surgical Medical Management: Prescribing medications for urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery: prostatectomies, partial or radical nephrectomies, and cystectomies.
• Endourology & Lithotripsy: Breaking up kidney stones using laser lithotripsy, shock waves (ESWL), or percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
• Reconstructive & Outpatient Surgery: Performing vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, penile implant surgeries, and urethral stricture repairs.
