Job summary

NP Now, LLC is seeking a Urologist in the Cleveland, OH area. Join a multi-physician group with a 186-bed hospital partner, offering sponsorship if needed and a strong benefits package.

You will perform diagnostic cystoscopies, urodynamics, prostate biopsies, and lead minimally invasive and robotic surgeries while managing medical therapies for urinary conditions. Generous sign-on and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Ohio State Medical License is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• J1 or H1B visa sponsorship available as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cystoscopies, urodynamic studies, TRUS, and prostate biopsies.
• Prescribe medications for BPH, incontinence, ED, and UTIs.
• Conduct minimally invasive and robotic surgeries (prostatectomies, nephrectomies, cystectomies).
• Utilize endourology and lithotripsy (laser, ESWL, PCNL).
• Perform vasectomies, reversals, penile implants, and urethral repairs.

Role Description: Urologist

Cleveland, OH Join 2 other Urologists and 1 Urology PA 1:3 Call Ratio

• Diagnostic Procedures: Performing cystoscopies, urodynamic studies to evaluate bladder control, transrectal ultrasound, and prostate biopsies.
• Non-Surgical Medical Management: Prescribing medications for urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery: prostatectomies, partial or radical nephrectomies, and cystectomies.
• Endourology & Lithotripsy: Breaking up kidney stones using laser lithotripsy, shock waves (ESWL), or percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
• Reconstructive & Outpatient Surgery: Performing vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, penile implant surgeries, and urethral stricture repairs.

Requirements:

Ohio State Medical License Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
