Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Rutland, VT seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice. This is a general urology role with opportunities to incorporate subspecialty interests.

Work hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday with a 1:4 call rotation. A competitive compensation package includes a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and educational loan repayment; APPs support patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
