Management Performance Associates in Rutland, VT seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice. This general urology position offers outpatient and inpatient care with dedicated OR time and the opportunity to pursue subspecialty interests.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.1:4 call rotation

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.
