Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland/Killington, Vermont. This full-time role runs 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1:4 call rotation and opportunities to pursue subspecialty interests.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
