Job summary

Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our Surgery Service Line. You will diagnose and treat diseases of the GU tract and perform urological surgeries in a community-based setting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates hard work, flexibility, teamwork, and excellent communication, with strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO credentials required.
• Residency in Urology completed.
• Board eligible or ABU certification required/eligible.
• New Jersey medical license, DEA and CDS eligibility required.

Job description

Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our growing Surgery Service Line.

Urologists at Valley Medical Group take a patient-focused, evidence-based medicine approach for managing patients. A successful candidate is responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases or disorders of the genitourinary (GU) tract, performing surgery for urological disease or disorders for patients of the Valley Medical Group, and is responsible for leadership, coordination, and administration for clinics, hospitals, and other facilities that admit or care for patients. Ideal candidates will be hard working, flexible, team player with excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, and relationship building skills who enjoys a nonacademic, dynamic, community-based office and hospital setting.
