Job summary

Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (KTIS) is seeking Female Observers for Drug Testing to support KTIS and our government customer. This is a part-time role, approx.

8-16 hours per month, based on testing schedules and drill events at a military installation in the Guam area. Observers will oversee urinalysis specimen collection in accordance with program guidance, observe only biologically female individuals, and complete required briefings and forms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent showing required knowledge and abilities.
• Prior Military Experience preferred.
• Observers must not have convictions or history of misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse.
• Position may be subject to random drug testing.
• You must be available as civilian contractor on a military installation during drill events.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
• Understand legal requirements and potential testimony.
• Follow directions of WDDRPM/DTPAM.
• Document direct observation on forms.
• Provide feedback of the program to the DTPAM.
• Confirm briefing training completed prior to collections.
• Notify of conflicts with scheduled workdays.
• Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed per observer briefing.
