Koniag Government Services is seeking an Observer - Drug Testing to support KTIS at Memphis, TN. This part-time role involves directly observing urine specimen collection for the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) and documenting observations. Training and compliance with program managers are required.

The observer may need to testify and must be available for emergencies and drill events on a military installation. A background history check may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
• Prior Military Experience preferred.
• Record of dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse disqualifies.
• Available to work as a civilian contractor on a military installation during all required drill events.
• Must have on-call availability for emergencies.
• State SCHR check may be required.

Responsabilités

• Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
• Document your direct observation on the appropriate forms.
• Follow the directions of the WDDRPM and DTPAM.
• Provide feedback to the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program.
• Notify if conflicts with scheduled workdays arise.
• Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed per observer briefing.
