Job summary

Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Observer - Drug Testing to support ATS and our government customer at Hickam, HI. This is a part-time position of approximately 8–16 hours per month, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more.

Observers will oversee urinalysis specimens for the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) under the guidance of the WDDRPM and DTPAM, with duties at the Wing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent demonstrated to perform the work.
• EXPERIENCE: Prior Military Experience preferred.
• State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check may be required for selected individuals.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
• Understand the legal requirements of the position, including potential testimony in court.
• Follow the directions of program management and maintain proper observation procedures.
• Document direct observation during each specimen collection on appropriate forms.
• Notify program managers of scheduling conflicts and ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed correctly.
