Job summary

Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (KTIS) seeks a Male Observer - Drug Testing to support the DDRP for our government customer. This part-time SCA role involves observing urine sample collections, under the guidance of WDDRPM and DTPAM, within the Air National Guard service component.

The observer will monitor only biologically male individuals, document observations, and may testify in court as required. Training and briefing completion are prerequisites for collections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Military Experience preferred.
• Ineligible if history of dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse.
• Position may be subject to SCHR check.
• Available to work as civilian contractor on a military installation during drill events.
• On-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
• Follow the directions of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) and the Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager (DTPAM).
• Document direct observation during each specimen collection on forms.
• Provide feedback of the DDRP to the DTPAM.
• Confirm briefing training completion with WDDRPM/DTPAM prior to collections.
• Notify WDDRPM/DTPAM of scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed per the Observer briefing.
