Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children across Colorado. The role supports communication, feeding, and developmental needs, with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for CFs.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or in preparation demonstrates certification intent.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• ASHA CCC‑SLP or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
