Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across Centennial, CO and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor children with communication and feeding needs while collaborating with families and medical teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Colorado SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification or in progress.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
