Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Denver, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Colorado.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and physicians while delivering evidence-based therapy in the home and community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or currently pursuing CCC-SLP preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferred:
• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
