Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress for children with communication and feeding needs, building family-centered plans and supporting caregivers in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $3,000
