Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. You will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment in the child's home and community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license (Colorado) required or eligibility for CFs.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or pursuing it.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
