Job summary

Care Crew Home Care seeks compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes across Denton and Tarrant Counties, Texas. The role focuses on maintaining clients’ independence, dignity, and comfort through personalized care and meaningful interactions.

Caregivers provide personal care, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and mobility support, while following care plans and documenting visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation to clients.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with eating when appropriate.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry and assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Observe changes in client condition and report to the office promptly.
• Follow established care plans and maintain accurate visit documentation.
