Job summary

Care Crew Home Care, based in Colleyville, Texas, is urgently seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers (Home Care Aides) to support clients in their own homes across Denton and Tarrant Counties. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal support, and light housekeeping while following care plans and documenting visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as authorized.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when appropriate.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the Care Crew office.
• Follow client care plans and maintain documentation of care.
