Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as authorized.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation with clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when appropriate.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and everyday activities.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the Care Crew office team.

Caregivers play an essential role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort while remaining in the familiar surroundings of home.
