Care Crew Home Care in Denton and surrounding counties seeks compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, meal assistance, and basic errands, helping clients maintain independence with dignity.

We offer competitive pay, weekly payouts with potential advances, flexible part-time or full-time shifts, and a supportive office team. Prior caregiving is a plus but not required; training and background screening are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to meet the requirements for the assigned position, including applicable background screening, references, onboarding, and required training.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as authorized.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when appropriate.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Follow client care plans and communicate important information to the Care Crew office team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during each visit.
