Job summary

Care Crew Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers (Home Care Aides) to support clients in their own homes across Denton and Tarrant Counties, Texas. Caregivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in the familiar surroundings of home.

We offer competitive pay of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and advance pay possible. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available with shifts based on client needs, and

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when appropriate.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition and follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during each visit.
