Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. seeks compassionate in-home caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA, Homemaker) in Conway, MA and surrounding communities. Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with scheduling designed to fit your life.

We offer flexible, consistent schedules, 8–12 hour shifts, day or overnight opportunities, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days for those meeting requirements. Free training and dedicated office support are available.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING
